Privacy policy
What this website collects, what it does not, and how to reach us about your data. Last updated 12 October 2026.
The short version
This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no advertising trackers. We do not sell or share personal data. The few things your browser stores for this site stay on your device.
What we collect on this website
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. We only see totals, such as how many people opened a page and from which country.
- Server logs. Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages (Cloudflare) receive your IP address and browser details so the page can be sent to you and protected from attacks.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
What stays on your device
Your browser saves a few settings for this site in its local storage. They are never sent to us:
- your Day, Night or Auto colour choice
- the numbers you type into the compound interest calculator
- your progress in the investing quiz
You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Other services this site uses
- Market data on the front page and Education page loads from our own service, also run on Cloudflare.
- Images load from Unsplash and Substack's image servers, which receive your IP address like any web request.
- Links to Substack, Spotify, YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@thewallstreetrepublic.com. We will answer within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
